Make it a habit
Take time out of your workday this
week to invite a co-worker you’d like to know better to lunch or a cup of
coffee. If you don’t currently work or work in a non-traditional setting, then
simply try connecting with someone you interact with on a regular basis. Even
if you don’t make a new best friend right away, every little bit of social time
we get gives us a better chance of having a good day.
